Nurse Brittany has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY at Buffalo and received her RN Nursing degree from BMCC in Manhattan. Prior to becoming a nurse, she was a paralegal for 13 years in an Investment Bank but realized that she wasn't fulfilled unless she was helping others. From 2019- 2022, she was a Nurse at Montefiore Einstein Weiler on the Covid Unit before working in the operating room of an eye surgery center. This is her first role as a school nurse, although she is rather familiar with Preston, being that she is an Alum (Class of 2001), as well as her mother (Class of 1971) and quite a few of her Aunts.
She is very excited to be a Department of Health and Mental Hygiene employee serving the Preston Community and being able to care for the students as she would care for her own.
