Libette Burgos

Ms. Burgos' love for chemistry began when as a young girl she was fascinated by the career of a cosmetic chemist. She had always dreamed of creating her own line of all-natural environmentally friendly beauty and body products. Ms. Burgos has also always been very passionate about teaching Chemistry.  Her goal is to share her love of chemistry with her students, so that they may also find the beauty in it. She attended Lehman college in the Bronx, where she earned a BA in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry and a Minor in Secondary Education. Ms. Burgos is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Chemistry and hopes to make a positive environmental impact in the near future for the preservation of our planet.
